We are a nationwide Gym / Health & Fitness brand & require a Field Sales Executive for this exciting & varied role.

Principle responsibilities
Membership sales – under the direction of the Area Manager be responsible for planning weekly/monthly (& other periodical) impact sales promotions & sales plans. Achieving daily goals set by the Area Manager & ensuring that the number of sales from customer contacts are maximised during the impact promotion period.

In particular:
- On going contact with members (i.e. referrals)
- Outreach & other external activities
- Organise sales promotions
- Contact all presentations that are not converted
- Contact all appointments that did not show
- Carry out 7 day follow up calls

Management – be cognisant of each centre’s operating procedures and assist in developing these to ensure the best possible fitness environment bringing to the attention of the centre management and Company any opportunities to improve. Be prepared to assist and step into the role of the centre’s own fitness advisors from time to time, covering where necessary inductions and exercise programme consultations.

Planning and Preparation – be responsible for the appearance and environment of the clubs in every aspect by liaising with the centre’s own staff to ensure a high standard:

Field Sales Executive - Nationwide Gym / Health & Fitness Brand Person Specification:
Essential
- Experience in sales and customer facing roles
- A high level of communication skills, interpersonal skills. Must be self-motivated and able to work to own initiative.
- Be prepared to carry out duties at any Lifestyle Fitness facility.
- Experience of report writing
- Be prepared to work shifts covering the operational hours of the club and as a minimum work to 8pm Monday to Thursday.
- Clean full driving licence as there will be extensive travel involved
- Be willing to stay away from home for up to 3 nights per week

Desirable:
- NVQ Level II or equivalent fitness based qualification
- Experience of direct debit sales and personal training
- Knowledge of fitness, exercise, leisure, health & safety
