We have an exciting and newly created opportunity for a Pool Manager based at Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC), Headley Court which is situated in a small village 5 miles between Leatherhead and Epsom and is a MOD organisation offering rehabilitation facilities for personnel in the Armed forces

The main purpose of the post is to oversee the day-to-day running of the Pool and act as a line manager to the lifeguards. You will be responsible for ensuring that strict health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times with a particular emphasis on the operation of pool equipment and maintenance.

You will be expected to work well under pressure providing the excellent level of customer service that Sodexo Defence insists upon.

It is essential that interested candidates hold an up to date Institute of Sport and Recreation Management (ISRM), National Pool Plant Operators Certificate, or equivalent, and have a minimum of 1 years experience in supervisory role within the leisure industry.
